Job Description
Handling inbound calls from customers
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Updating customer information in the system




Collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
Meeting or exceeding call metrics and targets
Maintaining a positive attitude and qualified demeanor
Continuously improving product knowledge and communication skills.

Location: Startek- *Shivaji nagar SPOT OFFER- Walkins from Mon to Sat

Qualification: UG/Graduate with 1 year experience
Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
6 Days working
Rotational Shifts : (8 am - 8 pm) /9.hrs 45 mins
1 Rotational Off

CTC: Upto 29000/- per month
