Job Title: Software Team Lead
Location: PuTC, Pune
Job Summary:
SLB is seeking a results-driven Software Team Lead to lead a high-performing engineering team. This role combines hands-on development (~50%), delivery ownership, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and commitments
Lead release/season planning with product and business stakeholders
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation
Agile Leadership
Drive sprint execution and agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Partner with/act as Scrum Master to ensure delivery efficiency
Continuously improve team processes and prioritization
People Management
Manage career development, performance reviews, and growth planning
Oversee resource allocation, leave planning, and vendor management
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary point of contact for team communication and escalations
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
Ensure transparency through regular updates
Technical Contribution
