Job Title: Client Services & Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an outgoing, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Client Services & Sales Associate to join our team. This is a front-line role responsible for delivering a premium client experience, supporting daily studio operations, and contributing to overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent client service and reception support.

- Welcome and assist clients and manage class check-ins.

- Assist clients with selecting suitable packages and services.

- Maintain the studio’s premium look, feel, and service standards.

- Support instructors and coordinate effectively with the studio team.

- Maintain knowledge of studio products, services, and retail merchandise.

- Support training and coaching of new Client Services team members when required.

- Represent the brand professionally and maintain company values.





- Contribute to revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.

- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Interest in fitness and wellness.

- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including either Saturday or Sunday.

- Adaptable to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
