PROJECT ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECT – HOSPITALITY

Location: Noida | Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 9–10 years

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect / Senior Architect with strong experience in Hospitality projects to lead projects from concept through execution.

Key Requirements

9–10 years of relevant professional experience

Mandatory experience in Hospitality projects – Hotels, Resorts or large-scale hospitality developments

Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery

Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills

Robust design, technical documentation and project coordination skills

Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and site teams

Strong understanding of hospitality planning, design development and execution

Excellent presentation, communication and team management skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept design to execution and completion

Develop and review architectural designs, layouts,



working drawings and specifications

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams

Lead client presentations, design reviews and project meetings

Coordinate site activities, drawings, material approvals and design issues

Manage project timelines, deliverables, quality and budgets

Lead and mentor the architectural team

Education: B.Arch – Preferred

Ideal candidate: A hands-on architect who can independently manage hospitality projects, clients, consultants and teams, while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
