OnSemi is seeking a Principal Analog design Engineer, RECENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including LED drivers, SiC/MOS/IGBT/motor/GAN drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following
Lead and design analog IP blocks from definition to IP delivery individually as well as an IP lead
Evaluate intermediate results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives
Work with and provide guidance to layout engg for your IP block and monitors the progress
Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production
Collaborate with overseas design and systems teams on technical aspects, IP development, sharing of know-how
Own technical outcomes of design, verification, implementation,



and execution of power management ICs with complexities that can span from straightforward regulators to complex mixed-signal designs and control loops
Understand project goals, execute to schedule with given resources, track execution schedule to plan, monitor progress.
