Job Description
Responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement programs
Handling employee relations issues and ensuring positive work environment




Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments
Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees
Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the organization
Collaborating with management to address HR-related concerns and strategic planning
Keeping abreast of HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Supporting employees with HR policies, procedures, and perks inquiries
Coordinating training and development opportunities for staff members
Participating in HR meetings and assisting with special projects as needed.
