Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS & Finance Analyst to support the finance function of a manufacturing organization. The role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and operational MIS, maintaining accurate financial data, supporting budgeting and costing activities, and providing actionable insights to management for business decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting and finance, excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel and Tally, and the ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.

Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports covering financial and operational performance.




Prepare management dashboards and presentations highlighting key business metrics.
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital and other financial KPIs.
Provide variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and previous periods.
Identify key trends, deviations and areas requiring management attention.
Present financial insights and analysis to senior management.
Financial Data Management
Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial data in Tally and Excel.
Ensure proper recording, classification and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial databases and reporting schedules.
Reconcile data between Tally, Excel and other internal reporting systems.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
