Job Description
We’re looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed psychologist to join our growing team and do meaningful, ethical therapeutic work.

nThis role is ideal for a psychologist who has a robust interest in relationships and relational wellbeing, understands the nuances of navigating relationships in the Indian social and cultural context, and is passionate about helping people build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Probation period: 3 monthsn

nQualifications & Experience
n
n
n
Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychologyn
1 year of therapy experience (minimum)n
Robust experience or demonstrated interest in relationship-focused therapyn
Trauma-informed therapy experience is essentialn
Must be queer-affirmative / LGBTQIA+ friendlyn
Solid understanding of Indian social,
cultural and family dynamicsn
Comfortable working with adults navigating:n
n▸ Dating and relationships
n▸ Communication and conflict
n▸ Attachment and relational patterns
n▸ Boundaries and emotional intimacy
n▸ Self-esteem and relationship-related anxiety
n▸ Breakups, heartbreak and relationship transitions
n▸ Family expectations and societal pressures around relationships
n
n
Experience working with modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Psychodynamic therapy, or an integrative approachn
Ability to work with diverse relationship structures, identities and lived experiencesn
Strong communication, empathy and clinical judgementn
Must be in personal therapy themselves (mandatory requirement)n
