Job Description
Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and skilled manner
Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Processing customer orders and conducting follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction




Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Handling customer complaints with patience and empathy
Identifying and escalating priority issues to management
Proactively seeking feedback from customers to improve services
Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards customers at all times
