Job Description
Urgently Required Steward/Captain/Barman/Bartender for One well reputed chain of Restaurant for Chennai location.
Position : Steward/Captain/Barman/Bartender
Experience : 6Months to 5yrs
Salary : Best In Industry
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
Prepare indents for F&B; section as per the consumption pattern
Exposure to Muti Cuisine
Adhere to proper food hygiene and storage practices
Ensure complete care and handling in relation to catering service and buffet equipment
Follow all safety rules and procedures as per the site requirements
Ensure that equipment and materials are not left unat
