Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy branch
Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels to ensure optimal supply of medications




Maintain pharmacy safety standards and adhere to all regulatory requirements
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Coordinate with other departments and pharmacy branches to ensure synergy and efficiency
Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of pharmacy staff
Stay up-to-date on recent medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy management
Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the branch and ensure they are met.
