Job Description
Provide exceptional, proactive support to our international customers
Communicate effectively and professionally via email, phone, and chat
Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution




Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Adaptable schedule to accommodate international customer needs and time zones
