Job Description
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and administering medications
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans




Monitor patients' conditions and communicate any changes to the medical team
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Ensure all medical records are accurately documented and maintained
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
