PDC Software Support Engineer

About the Role
Join our SW GPS team to support next-generation software platforms.
This role combines advanced Tier 3 support with platform, backend, and DevOps expertise to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems across global customer settings.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Tier 3 expert for complex software/platform issues, driving end-to-end resolution
Troubleshoot backend system flows across software, infrastructure, and system layers
Analyze and reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive solutions
Support and operate containerized applications in Linux/Kubernetes environments
Collaborate with R&D;, HW, and DevOps teams on debugging, feature readiness, and system improvements
Contribute to CI/CD processes
