Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Upskill's programs and services
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer any customer inquiries
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts and strategies for prospecting
Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates
Utilize CRM software to track and update customer information and interactions
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with each contact
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance call performance and sales skills
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Upskill's products
