Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. This role requires a skilled who is adept at understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions to optimize field service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Field Service Management solutions.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs using Power Platform, .NET, and JavaScript.
Provide end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, etc.).
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service Management.
Solid understanding of field service processes and best practices.
