Job Description
Lead and manage all HR activities for Innovate Cosmo Solutions
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training,



and performance management processes
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
