Job Description
Making outbound calls to potential customers
Presenting company products and services over the phone
Generating leads and setting up appointments for sales team
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers




Meeting daily and monthly call targets
Providing excellent customer service
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Working closely with the sales team to meet goals
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
