Role & responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Support the team during busy hours and other restaurant operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12 years of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Restaurant Service Staff.
- customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and during busy hours.
- Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafs, QSRs, or hotels preferred.
- Both male and female candidates can apply.
