Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Hot Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with warm/hot leads provided, understand their needs, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services in explicit and persuasive Telugu.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct timely and strategic follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, overcome objections, and move prospects further down the sales funnel.
- Meeting Scheduling: Successfully fix and confirm meetings/appointments for the sales team with qualified clients, ensuring a smooth handover process.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, lead status,



and meeting schedules in the CRM system. Generate daily reports on call outcomes, lead progression, and achieved targets.
- Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales representatives to provide up-to-date lead information, gather feedback, and ensure a coordinated approach to closing deals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively answer client questions and provide accurate information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through professional and courteous communication.

Qualifications:

- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and database systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
