Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Executive / Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding support.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding manpower requirements to candidate selection and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Hiring Managers and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market availability,



and recruitment progress.
- Ensure timely coordination and follow-up with internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Job Posting & Sourcing

- Create and publish job postings across Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other relevant job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Explore innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.

Offer & Candidate Management

- Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to ensure smooth offer acceptance and joining.
- Minimize offer dropouts through effective candidate engagement and follow-up.

Recruitment MIS & Reporting

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare regular recruitment MIS, including open positions, candidate pipeline, interview status, closures, and joining updates.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and position closure status.

Candidate Experience

- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules,



feedback, offers, and joining formalities.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Corporate, Operations, Frontline, or Volume Hiring roles will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment MIS will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Corporate Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Sales Hiring, Frontline Hiring, or Multi-location Recruitment will be preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment will be an added advantage.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
