Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications using FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and BRD (Business Requirement Document).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed software products to ensure quality and reliability.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Software Engineer or similar role.
- Robust understanding of business analysis principles and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating detailed functional requirement documents (FRD) and business requirement documents (BRD).
- Experience with software development life cycle including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
