We are looking for a Dy Project manager, for 500 bedded hospital constructing in Alibagh, Maharashtra.

The JD is:-

Position Summary: The HospitalProject Manager bridges the gap between complex biomedical engineering requirements and large-scale construction execution. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of medical facilities (such as hospitals, laboratories, and imaging centers). You will ensure that all infrastructure meets stringent healthcare regulations, integrates specialized medical equipment seamlessly, and is delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for healthcare construction projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-tech medical equipment (e.g., MRI machines, CT scanners, operating room integration).

2. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the primary liaison between hospital administration, clinical staff, architects, general contractors, and biomedical equipment vendors.
- Translate clinical and medical engineering needs into actionable construction specifications for engineering teams.

3. Compliance, Quality & Safety

- Ensure all construction activities comply with healthcare building codes, environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and medical device guidelines.
- Oversee strict infection control measures (e.g., ICRA compliance) during construction in active hospital environments.

4. Risk & Financial Management





- Identify potential project risks (e.g., procurement delays, structural challenges for heavy medical gear) and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage change orders, review contractor bids, and approve vendor invoices to maintain financial alignment.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience specifically within healthcare construction, hospital renovations, or medical facility engineering.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) or CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager).

Technical Skills:

- Deep understanding of medical equipment infrastructure requirements (shielding, structural support, specialized HVAC, and backup power systems).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore) and familiarity with BIM/AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA 99, local Department of Health codes).

Soft Skills:

- Robust leadership and cross-functional team management.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical gaps between doctors, engineers, and builders.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.

Experience: Total 12 Years-5 years Industry experience required

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per year
