We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Visa Filing Officer to manage visa application processes for clients. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing visa documentation, completing application forms, coordinating with clients, and ensuring applications are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, travel, or documentation services preferred.
- Good knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
