Objective of the Role:

To identify, engage and connect with the right talent for client requirements while building a strong foundation in recruitment and executive search. The role will involve candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, relationship building and end-to-end recruitment coordination, with an opportunity to develop expertise across multiple industries and functions.

The position is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of work experience in any industry who are looking to transition into and build a long-term career in Recruitment / Executive Search.

Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and networking.
- Identify and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, industry exposure and role fit.
- Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidate experience, career interests, compensation and availability.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates across various industries and functions.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop a strong understanding of different industries, functions, job roles and talent markets.




- Work closely with senior consultants / team members to execute end-to-end recruitment assignments.
- Participate in candidate mapping, market research and talent identification for senior and critical positions.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop a professional talent network.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the internal database/ATS.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to team business objectives.
- Gradually take ownership of assigned mandates and manage the recruitment process independently.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 2 years of work experience in any industry/function is preferred.
- Candidates who are currently working in sales, business development, customer service, operations, administration, coordination or other client-facing roles and are interested in moving into recruitment may also apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Good communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in interacting with people and building professional relationships.
- Good sourcing, networking and follow-up ability.
- Willingness to learn about different industries, companies and leadership roles.
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable MS Office / Excel and online research skills.
