- Manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and connectivity.
- Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, and Threat Prevention.
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor infrastructure, servers, applications, and networks using PRTG.
- Support network security, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, and incident response.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security hardening, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and audit evidence.
- Work with vendors on infrastructure procurement, licensing, renewals,



and support.

Required Skills

- 710 years of experience in Network & Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, and VPNs.
- Experience with AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Windows & Linux Server Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with PRTG or similar monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of network and endpoint security.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins/CI/CD is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
