Job Summary
SILAII is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Hindi, Telugu and English.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order status and post-purchase support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the required timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Provide customers with detailed information about SILAII products and services.
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns.




• Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all interactions.
