Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager Soft Services to oversee and manage soft service operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day soft service operations, including housekeeping, janitorial services, waste management, pantry services, and other support services.
- Lead, supervise, and manage housekeeping and soft service teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and daily operational activities.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with defined SOPs and client requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Handle client coordination, feedback, complaints, and service-related escalations.
- Ensure proper utilization and control of manpower, materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Monitor attendance, performance, discipline, and training of staff.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, checklists, MIS, and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and site procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service partners wherever required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 610 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Soft Services.
- Experience in managing housekeeping and other soft service operations.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of SOPs, service quality standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities and handle pressure effectively.
- Candidates with experience in corporate, commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, or large integrated facility environments will be preferred.

Salary

60,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
