We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales / Business Development Manager to develop new corporate business and achieve the company's monthly sales targets.

The candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, cold calling, lead generation, presentations, client meetings, negotiation, and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new B2B and corporate business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling and identify potential clients across India.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Fix appointments and attend client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver professional company/service presentations.
- Understand client logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up continuously with prospective customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team after successful client acquisition.




- Travel across India for business development and client meetings whenever required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Female candidates preferred.
- 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development experience.
- All-India travel is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in Logistics, Air Cargo, Road Transportation, Train Cargo, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be confident in meeting senior-level corporate clients.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and target-oriented sales.
- Should be willing to work from our Ambattur, Chennai office.
