- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization.

Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in executive hiring or leadership hiring roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions through effective sourcing methods (e.g., headhunting).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients at all levels.
