Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create detailed BIM models using Revit software for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and other disciplines.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate coordination of designs and resolve conflicts between different systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Provide technical support to clients during the construction phase by resolving issues related to design intent.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in BIM modeling or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with expertise in creating complex building models.
- Solid understanding of architecture, engineering principles, MEP systems, and construction methods.
