Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Admin with 4+ years of experience to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, cloud environment, servers, databases, network, security systems, hardware, and DevOps tools. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across AWS, Linux, Oracle Database, networking, endpoint security, Windows Servers, VMware, and IT operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in IT Administration, System Administration, Infrastructure Management, or a similar role.
- Solid hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure and Linux system administration.
- Practical experience with Oracle Database Administration, DevOps tools, networking, firewalls, Windows Servers, and VMware environments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications.
- Knowledge of IT security, system hardening, patch management, monitoring, and endpoint security.
- Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, and LLM concepts and applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.




- Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)

Manage and maintain comprehensive AWS infrastructure, including:

- Core Services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EFS, EBS, Load Balancer, Security Groups
- Compute & Containers: ECS, ECR
- Notifications & Messaging: SES, SNS
- Security & Monitoring: GuardDuty, CloudTrail, WAF, CloudWatch
- Other Services: Amazon Connect, ElastiCache, CloudMap

2. Linux Systems Administration

- Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers (CentOS, RHEL, Oracle Linux).
- Configure and manage Nginx, Tomcat, WordPress, LVM, Python, and cloud-based security firewalls.
- Perform system performance tuning, patch management, and proactive monitoring.
- Ensure system integrity, security hardening, and compliance with IT policies.

3. Networking

- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Manage IP address assignments, DNS, DHCP, IPv4 policies, and inbound/outbound rules.
- Administer and monitor FortiGate Firewalls, including SSL VPN configuration and diagnostics.

4. Oracle Database Administration

- Install, configure, and manage Oracle databases (12c, 19c, 21c).
- Handle schema creation,



datafile/tablespace management, and performance tuning.
- Perform backups and restores, upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery operations.

5. DevOps Tools & Practices

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Deploy application code across environments and resolve deployment issues.
- Monitor and maintain DevOps toolchains, ensuring system health via Nagios and CloudWatch.

6. Hardware & Endpoint Security

- Maintain and support laptops, desktops, and peripheral hardware.
- Administer and monitor Trend Micro Vision One and ensure endpoint protection compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and warranty services.
- Configure and manage Windows Servers and VMware environments.
- Manage and support ESSL biometric time attendance systems and CCTV, ensuring accurate timekeeping and integration with HR systems.

7. AI Knowledge

- Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, and LLM concepts and applications.
- Use AI tools for troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and IT operations.
- Basic knowledge of AI security, prompt engineering, and LLM models.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on IT professional capable of independently managing cloud infrastructure, servers, databases, networks, security systems, endpoint devices, and DevOps environments, while providing timely troubleshooting and maintaining overall IT infrastructure reliability and security.
