Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, technology-driven digital marketer to strengthen Innovatione India's B2B brand, showcase our projects and capabilities, improve digital visibility and build AI-enabled marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Innovatione India's LinkedIn, website, SEO and Google Business presence.
- Create high-quality project stories, case studies, corporate posts, videos and leadership content.
- Plan and execute B2B digital campaigns targeting corporate real estate, procurement, architects, PMCs, developers and GCC decision-makers.
- Coordinate project photography, videography and maintain an organised digital project library.
- Use analytics to track website traffic, search visibility, engagement, enquiries and campaign performance.
- Build AI-assisted workflows to improve content creation, research, reporting and marketing productivity.

Required Skills

- 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, real estate, construction, architecture, interiors or professional services.
- Strong command of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and content strategy.




- Excellent written and spoken English with strong corporate communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva / Adobe tools and basic video/content production.

AI Skills - Essential

Solid practical knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or equivalent AI tools. Experience with AI content creation, prompt engineering, research, analytics and workflow automation is required. Knowledge of Power Automate, Zapier, Make, AI video/image tools or CRM automation will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Creative, commercially aware, data-driven, highly curious about technology and capable of independently executing work. We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to social media posting, reels or follower growth.
