We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our ongoing construction projects having 5-10 years experience . Candidates with previous experience in Construction and infrastructure sector are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, etc.
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and suppliers
- Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
- Coordinate with site engineers, stores, and accounts departments
- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation
- Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Track market rates and optimize procurement cost

Eligibility Criteria:

- MBA in Marketing or Supply chain Management Course
- Proficiency in Software ERP systems and MS Excel
