Internship Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation through cold calling, email outreach, and references
- Client Acquisition and conversion of leads into paying clients
- Handle complete Sales Cycle: lead discussion negotiation closure
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team
- Client Relationship Management for repeat business and retention
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain follow-ups and pipeline management

Required Skills

- Basic Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Email Writing, Internet Research, CRM tools)

Preferred Background





- Experience in service-based industry (IT, Education, Content, Digital Services)
- Exposure to international clients is a plus
- Candidates from startup or target-driven workplace preferred

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Candidates with relevant sales skills but different educational background can also be considered

Stipend

- Stipend: 6000- 8000 per month
- Incentives/Variable: Extra (Performance-Based, Uncapped)
