Process Options:

- Retail Voice Support – Handling employee queries and providing support through calls.
- Insurance Voice – US/UK Process (L2) – Handling benefit administration, claims/documentation, provider outreach, and related insurance support activities.

Key Requirements

- Education: Plus Two & above for Retail Voice / Graduate mandatory for Insurance Voice L2
- Excellent Communication Skills – CEFR B2
- Ability to understand and resolve customer/employee queries effectively
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US rotational night shifts
- Willingness to work on rotational week-offs
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Kochi – Kakkanad

Salary

- Retail Voice: 2.76 LPA – 3.40 LPA, based on submitted proof of tenure
- Insurance Voice L2: 4.00 LPA – 5.50 LPA, based on last drawn salary, experience, and submitted proof

Cab Facility: Available from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM within a 25 KM radius of the office.
