- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of government opportunities in IT infrastructure modernization, GIS mapping, ERP implementation, and software digitization projects
- Strengthen relationships with key government officials, procurement teams, and PSUs to ensure early visibility into budget allocations and project plans
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that align with government requirements and compliance standards Role & responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for Software, IT Infrastructure, GIS, and ERP solutions with government departments at district, state, and central levels
- Leverage existing relationships with district-level authorities (DRDA, District Collectorate, Zilla Parishad, Panchayati Raj institutions) to generate leads and accelerate deal cycles
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and solution demonstrations to government stakeholders
- Map decision-makers, influencers, and procurement processes within target departments





- Actively participate in the pre-bid process, including pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification
- Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) and coordinate with internal teams to prepare compliant, competitive bids
- Gather early intelligence on upcoming tenders through government portals (GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement) and direct stakeholder engagement.
- Track bid status, respond to pre-bid queries, and ensure timely submission of all commercial and technical documents

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with bid management tools and tender tracking platforms
- Familiarity with OCDS, tender lifecycle stages, and compliance documentation
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, storage), GIS platforms, and ERP modules
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals for government tenders
