We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical working drawings, site execution, and materials, along with proficiency in architectural design and visualization software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop detailed technical and working drawings.
- Coordinate and support site execution as per approved designs and drawings.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and their applications.
- Create and develop 2D and 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare 3D models, presentations, and realistic renderings as required.
- Coordinate design requirements with the site team and ensure drawings are implemented accurately.
- Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and design intent.

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of technical working drawings and construction details.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and materials.
- Proficiency in:
1. AutoCAD
2. SketchUp
3. 3ds Max
4. Adobe Photoshop
5. Lumion or V-Ray for rendering

- Valuable design and visualization skills.
- Ability to understand and execute architectural concepts through drawings and 3D visualization.

Eligibility

- B.Arch degree is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office. Remote/work-from-home arrangements are not available.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

Work Mode: Work from office only.
