Job Title: Junior Creative Designer (Graphics & Video Editing)

CTC: Rs. 2,00,000 to 2,40,000 per annum.

About the Role:

n

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, high-quality graphics creation, and a deep understanding of design trends. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for social media, ads, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Create high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

n

n

Edit and enhance videos using professional video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

n

n

Design visually appealing content using Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design tools.

n

n

Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) to enhance design workflows and creativity.

n

n

Stay updated with the latest design trends, and social media specs.

n

n

Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

n

n

Optimize videos and graphics for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

n

n





Experiment with current tools and techniques to improve the quality and impact of designs.

n

n

Requirements:

n

1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

n

n

Proficiency in industry software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and After Effects.

n

n

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.

n

n

Strong knowledge of current market trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithms.

n

n

A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

n

n

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

n

n

Able to visualise and articulate concepts and designs.

n

n

Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.

n
