- Identify current clients and generation leads.

- Execute and close deals relating to Rentals & Resale’s.
n
- Handle legal & other documentation pertaining to the same.
n
- Maintaining profitable relationship with clients.
n
- Understanding the client’s requirements and suggesting properties to suit the same.
n
- Recording customer information (both requirements and availability) in MS Excel & C4C.
n
- Recording all the rental & resale transaction completed by the individual.
n
- Communication with customer and understand the query and offer solution.
n
- Accompany customers and present the available property.
n
- Prepare profile of the property – Presentation (PPT).
n
- Attending to all the leads assigned by the back end team.
n
- Account the property transaction and updating the same to the reporting manager.
n
- To carry out all other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
