QUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB

n

- Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), with MBA
n
- Minimum Relevant work experience : 15 years with International exposure
n
- Exposed to Development comprehensively
n
- Positive Project management & Construction management skills
n
- Good communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Project / Prima Vera/ AutoCAD, MS office etc soft wares
n
- People management skills
n
- Vendor management skills
n

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – CORE FUNCTION

- Site - In-charge for Civil & Finishes works for project in Gurugram

- Design management in coordination with internal design team
n
- Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team
n
- Statutory approval – coordination & management at the project level , with compliances
n
- Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,
n
- Vendor management
n
- Project Quality planning and control
n
- EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance
n
- Project Schedule planning & tracking
n
- Project Cost planning & tracking
n
- MIS Reporting , cash flows generation etc.,
n
