Key Duties and Responsibilities

n

1) Video Editing & Production

n

n
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
n
- Create engaging video content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
n
- Work on different video formats such as corporate videos, promotional content, reels, and short-form videos.
n
- Add effects, transitions, motion graphics, sound, and color correction to enhance final output.
n

2) Creative Collaboration

n

n
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
n
- Translate concepts and scripts into compelling visual stories.
n
- Provide creative inputs and suggest improvements to enhance video quality and engagement.
n

n

3) Post-Production Management

n

n
- Manage end-to-end post-production processes including editing, rendering, and final delivery.
n
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high quality standards.
n
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and final assets for future use.
n

n

4) Quality & Brand Compliance

n

n




- Ensure all video content aligns with brand tone, style, and guidelines.
n
- Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders.
n
- Maintain consistency in output quality across all projects.
n

n

5) Communication & Coordination

n

n
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders regarding project timelines and updates.
n
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
n
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
n

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
n
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
n
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
n
