- Develop an independent and internationally visible research programme.

- Secure competitive research grants and industry-funded projects.

- Supervise PhD scholars and postgraduate research.

- Build collaborations with leading global universities, research institutions and industry.

- Translate research into patents, technology transfer, prototypes, products, policy impact and other forms of societal/industrial impact where appropriate.

Candidate Profile

Professor

n

Candidates should demonstrate:

- PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution.
n
- Strong academic and research record with sustained publication in high-quality journals/conferences.
n
- Evidence of research leadership and an independent research agenda.
n
- Successful PhD supervision and/or research project leadership.
n
- Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and develop academic/industry collaborations.
n
- Strong teaching and academic leadership experience.

Associate Professor

n

Candidates should demonstrate:

- PhD in a relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
n
- Strong teaching and research experience.
n
- Consistent publication record in reputed international journals/conferences.

- Evidence of doctoral supervision, funded research, industry collaboration or academic leadership.

Assistant Professor

Candidates should demonstrate:

- PhD or near-completion of PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

- Solid academic credentials and demonstrated research potential.

- Publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals/conferences are highly desirable.

- Ability to teach contemporary CSE courses and mentor student projects.
