This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the SEO function for a data-driven digital marketing environment focused on measurable client growth.
You will own SEO strategy, team performance, quality standards, reporting, and the continuous evolution of service delivery.
Rather than focusing primarily on hands-on execution, you will lead through coaching, process improvement, strategic oversight, and accountability.
You will guide SEO specialists, develop scalable workflows, and ensure consistent delivery across a portfolio of clients.
The role combines technical SEO expertise with leadership, analytics, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
You will work cross-functionally with client success, project management, technology, analytics, and other teams to improve tools and outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Own the continuous development and improvement of the SEO service offering, identifying opportunities to strengthen strategies, processes, tools, efficiency, and client outcomes.

• Define and oversee SEO strategies covering keyword research, content optimization, link building, outreach, local SEO, and other initiatives aligned with client objectives.

• Monitor search engine developments, algorithm changes, emerging technologies, and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and competitive.

• Own SEO performance reporting and communicate departmental results, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations to client success teams and leadership.
