About the Role
As Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Researcher, you will own high-quality talent research and intelligence for priority hiring across Alvarez & Marsal globally. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, senior stakeholders and fellow Researchers to translate search objectives into focused market maps, target company lists, executive pipelines and actionable sourcing insights. The role is centered on the core talent research process, with particular emphasis on talent intelligence and mapping professionals from SHREK organisations, including recruitment firms and executive search firms. You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Lusha, ContactOut, company websites, industry sources, conference materials, executive biographies, web research and AI tools
