Role Description The Quick Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive is a remote role responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations across quick commerce platforms and online marketplaces. This role oversees product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and order flow to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction. The Executive will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan promotions, track performance against KPIs,



and identify opportunities to improve conversion, basket size, and profitability. Responsibilities include monitoring marketplace policies, resolving operational issues, analyzing sales and operational data, and implementing process improvements to enhance service levels. The role also involves supporting the creation of playbooks and standard operating procedures to scale marketplace operations efficiently across multiple brands.
