POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President (AVP) – AR Operations to lead and oversee large-scale Accounts Receivable (AR) operations across Physician Billing and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Billing. The role is responsible for driving revenue recovery, maximizing collections, optimizing AR performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and building high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with solid exposure to Physician AR, DME AR, Denial Management, Appeals, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, Commercial Payer guidelines, Client Relationship Management, and Operational Leadership.
The incumbent will play a strategic role in driving operational excellence, revenue enhancement initiatives, transformation projects, and organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Operational Leadership
• Lead end-to-end AR operations across Physician and DME Billing functions.




• Develop and execute strategies to improve collections, reduce aging, and enhance overall revenue realization.
• Own operational performance for multiple AR teams and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and financial targets.
• Drive operational governance through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.
• Partner with executive leadership to align business objectives with operational outcomes.
• Build scalable processes to support business growth and client expansion.

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Cycle Management
• Oversee Physician and DME AR portfolios across multiple specialties and payer groups.
• Drive resolution of aged receivables, denied claims, underpayments, and payer escalations.
• Monitor key AR metrics including:
• AR Aging
• Collection Effectiveness
• Net Collection Ratio
• Days in AR
• First Pass Resolution
