About the Role
Cognisphere Global Ltd is a British technology company delivering software, AI and digital growth services. We are seeking a confident, proactive intern to generate B2B leads for Cognisphere and its clients, start meaningful business conversations and support our team in converting qualified opportunities into sales.

Previous hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and excellent written and spoken English are essential.

Your Responsibilities
• Prospect research: Identify relevant companies and decision-makers using Sales Navigator and other research tools, adapting your approach to each client’s services and target audience.
• Outreach campaigns: Write personalised LinkedIn messages and emails, manage targeted bulk-email campaigns, and use WhatsApp where appropriate and authorised.
• Lead qualification and follow-up: Understand potential customer needs,



maintain accurate records and arrange qualified sales meetings.
• Sales support: Participate in online customer meetings, assist with presentations and coordinate follow-ups to help progress opportunities towards conversion.
• Performance reporting: Provide weekly updates on outreach, responses, qualified leads, meetings and sales opportunities.

You will follow approved campaign strategies and messaging. Pricing, discounts, commercial negotiations and contract approval remain with management.

Essential Skills
• Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence communicating.
