Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience

About the Role

TBWX is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations and franchise-related accounts for our growing F&B; and franchise business.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Zoho Books, Tally Prime and MS Excel, with a good understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
* Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
* Manage Zoho Books and Tally Prime accounting records.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and payment records.
* Perform regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
* Maintain vendor, supplier and customer accounts.




* Track outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
* Maintain franchisee accounts, including franchise fees, royalty and other dues.
* Verify purchase invoices, expenses and supporting documents.
* Assist with monthly MIS and financial reporting.
* Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
* Coordinate with the CA/accounting team for taxation and compliance requirements.
* Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
* Provide financial data and reports to management as required.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
* Working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
* Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and basic taxation.
* Good knowledge of bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
