Role Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer Intern to join our engineering team on-site in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad area. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate directly with core team members to build, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications, contributing to real-world features used by job aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Assist in developing and deploying new user-facing features and interactive platform tools.

• Code Maintenance & Quality: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end architectures.

• Bug Fixing & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI glitches,



and cross-browser compatibility issues.

• API & Database Integration: Support RESTful API development and database queries (MySQL / MongoDB).

• Collaboration & Learning: Participate in code reviews, maintain clear technical documentation, and adopt modern web development practices in an agile setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Core Web Stack: Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI design principles.

• Framework Familiarity: Hands-on project experience with modern web stacks (e.g., React.js, Node.js, Express, or PHP).

• Databases: Basic understanding of database concepts and relational/non-relational systems (MySQL, MongoDB).

• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new tools quickly.
